How do I shop?
Browse through the products displayed on the site. Please note that items are either available for Philippine or Papua New Guinea deliveries only.. If you want to order it, click on the "'Add to Cart"' icon. The item will automatically be added to your shopping cart, where you will be able to view all the items you have picked. Position your mouse over the 'Shopping Cart' to view the contents of your shopping cart/list.
You will then be able to view your final shopping list. Provide all Billing and Shipping Information being asked for including your e-mail address and special instructions if you have any.
Choose your mode of payment and provide all payment details being asked. After doing so you will now be able to view your final Shopping list including the shipping charge and the total cost. You will also see your Transaction Number, Final Shipping and Billing Information. For all inquiries relating to your purchase, always state your Transaction Number for reference purposes.
How do I know you received my order?
Once you placed your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the invoice detailed the items you ordered price and shipping cost.
How do I pay? What currency to do you accept?
Payments for purchased items are in Papua New Guinea Kina (PgK). International transactions, which get charged in US Dollars or other currencies, vary in Currency conversion rates depending on the Issuing Bank or Credit Card Company at the time of settlement. Actual conversion is done by the Issuing Bank upon settlement and NOT by OnlineFilStore. How will I receive the items? or my recipient to receive the items?
LBC or ABOITIZ ONE will deliver items purchased at OnlineFIlstore for Philippine deliveries to your specified Shipping address purchase'). Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays orders will be delivered within the next 24 to 48 hours from the time of online purchase for items to be shipped in the Philippines.While Papua New Guinea orders will be shipped within 48 hours from the time of receipt of your order. Some items such as large or customized goods may take a longer time to fulfill delivery.
