Welcome to OnlineFilStore.By using the OnlineFilStore you agree to conform to the following e-store policies. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies and the conditions at any time. Please read carefully before shopping in this site.

Shipping and Handling

We attempt to ship your order as soon as we receive it.
ORDER PROCESSING:
 
  1. Orders are processed daily, Monday to Friday. Orders received by 5:00 pm (PNG ) from Mondays to Fridays  are processed on the same day while orders received after these times are processed on the next business day. If your order was placed on a Saturday, or on a Sunday or holiday, such order will be processed on the next business day.

    Product availability

    If your order is not available from the merchant within 24 hours or is out-of-stock, OnlineFIlstore.com will inform  you by email if and when the item will be available or is out-of-stock as the case may be.

    The customer has the option to have items already available shipped with the unavailable items to follow in a separate shipment, or to have the entire order held until the missing ordered item is available and have all items shipped one-time.

  2. If your order is approved, you will be informed by email at the email address you provided when you registered as a member or when you purchased at OnlineFilStore.com

SHIPPING

PACKING TIME
Unless otherwise specified, most orders are packed and ready for shipment within 4 to 6 business days. Orders for movies need 7 business days to process. An email notice will be sent to you if additional time is needed to prepare your order. There are 2 shipping options:

DELIVERY TIME/OPTIONS
(1) INTERNATIONAL MAIL (Air Mail) Shipment is airshipped to destination country then uses local postal system of the destination country. Approximate delivery time is 15-21 days. Delivery time may vary depending on delivery performance of local postal system. Delivery time does not include packing time.

(2) DOOR-TO-DOOR EXPRESS COURIER
Air shipped to destination country then delivered door-to-door by courier. Approximate delivery time is 3-4 days. Delivery time does not include packing time. Aboitiz and LBC handles our Express Courier Service for Philippine deliveries while TNT, DHL and EMS handles our PNG deliveries

Shipping costs are based on (1) total weight of shipment and (2) destination.

(1) Total weight of a shipment is computed by adding the weights of all the ordered items.

(2) Online FilStore delivers initially to all major cities in Philippines , nationwide in Papua New Guinea and most countries worldwide 


For customs and duties purposes, an order form will accompany the shipment detailing the commercial value of all items in the shipment. Import duties and restrictions vary from country to country. The recipient must pay any import duties that may be levied once the order reaches the destination country.

PRIVACY

All information submitted toOnlineFilStore will be treated with utmost confidentiality. We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, credit card information or personal information to any third party. However, we must cooperate fully should a situation arise where we are required by law or legal process to provide information about a customer. If you have made a purchase or subscribed to our newsletter, we may occasionally update you via email of special opportunities.

We have chosen two of the most reliable couriers in the Philippines to deliver your gifts - Aboitiz Express and LBC. Our system will automatically determine which of these two couriers will deliver your gifts based on price and coverage area.

Gifts destined for major Philippine cities will be delivered within two working days. Items ordered after these cut-off times will be processed the next working day.We do NOT have Sunday deliveries
 
All flowers are availalable for Metro Manila delivery, from Mondays to Fridays only.

Returns

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right.

RETURNS POLICY

We have made our return policy fair and simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order you may return any merchandise for any of the following reasons:

    Incorrect item shipped

    Damaged or defective items

    Unmet product specifications

We will issue a full refund for the price of any returned item. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
